Ultimate Steel Framing took the lead in manufacturing all light gauge and structural steel for the project, while also overseeing the erection process. Leveraging the power of ENDUROCADD® software, their team expertly detailed the structure, significantly reducing the need for hot-rolled sections and keeping costs in check.
Over a focused three-month construction period, 26 tonnes of TRUECORE® steel were installed seamlessly. Thanks to meticulous planning and expert detailing, the framing posed no issues for follow-on trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.
