The latest release of the ENDUROHUB® manufacturing portal is a shop-floor-focused update packed with new capabilities designed to improve material control, reduce scrap, streamline delivery scheduling and provide real-time visibility across factory operations.
We have moved coil databases from separate rollformer HMIs into ENDUROHUB® as the central source of truth for the length of coils availability. Fabricators can now:-
Get real time data to monitor production of frames to ensure you are on time!
We have introduced a new dashboard section to display real-time operator progress and rollformer output, updated every three minutes. Colour-coded indicators show whether a machine is on target, ahead or falling behind. Live productivity and performance metrics can be displayed on factory-floor display screens so factory floor progress can be monitored.
This dashboard can be displayed on a TV screen in a prominent position so rollformer performance can be seen. There is a Dashboarduser role which means that a screen will only have this dashboard and any other ENDUROHUB® functionality is not available.
It is now possible to see how production is tracking against target across the day by each rollformer operator, category or profile being rolled. Both average output and target output are shown so it is possible to see when production is below and able target output.
Set and adjust target delivery dates during order creation. The Order and Scheduling screens now support sorting and filtering by delivery date, helping fabricators prioritise urgent and next-day shipments at a glance, while ensuring delayed orders can be made when they are needed. A new Target Delivery Report breaks down scheduled jobs by lineal metres and weight.
Large buildings can be divided into zones with separate manufacturing files generated.
Use the new Edit Zone tool to assign assemblies to specific building zones, such as an east wing or west wing. This simplifies batching and helps ensure site deliveries for large jobs arrive in clean, staged installation sequences.
Schedulers can select or override the target rollformer directly in the Schedule pop-up. Specific Fabrication Sort Profiles can also be assigned to automations, with previously applied profiles available for review in the Order Files tab.
A dedicated Parts List button in Assembly Tracker displays the full breakdown of parts, descriptions, lengths and quantities, while maximising the available screen area for assembly layout views.
Review the exact coils consumed for any completed order, including coil ID, length, weight and area. This supports precise job costing and material reconciliation.
ENDUROHUB® is a powerful online application to provide the data to efficiently run a factory to manufacture light gauge steel frames. ENDUROHUB® converts files generated in the ENDUROCADD® software into files that can be made by ENDURO® rollformers following predefined rules to meet individual fabricator preferences to optimise productivity. Additionally, ENDUROHUB® includes features such as sorting fabrication sheets according to assembly sequence, organizing wall panels for efficient stacking on trucks, tracking production and assembly progress, and generating comprehensive reports.
